Our current processing time to dispatch an order from our warehouse is 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was placed. Please note that during peak times this can extend.

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will take:

UK standard: 48 hours (shipped with Royal Mail)

Returns and Refunds

How do I return my item/s?

- If you’d like to make a return, you’re able to send your item back within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

- You can send the item and receive a full refund or exchange. Your item must be unworn and in an original condition.

- To do so, please email us enter the details of your order

- Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded

Can I exchange my item?If you’d like to exchange your item, please email us within 30 days of receiving your parcel. 

Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns: we recommend insuring your parcel to the full value of the contents, with tracking and signature. Please keep hold of any proof of postage and tracking you have until you have been refunded.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
