Our Team
Our team is led by founder and managing director Kai, who created TMS at the age of 17 after dealing with his own mental health struggles. As a result, he is deeply invested in helping others overcome their challenges and thrive. He oversees all projects, manages the team and new initiatives, and manages safeguarding efforts.
